I've found a very easy way of getting the veteran units you want as well as levelling existing veterans. This works all the time but the higher level veterans take more time to level. This method doesnt override the 1 veteran per battle mechanic BUT it does enable you to get the veterans you want although one at a time. Anyone interested in this should just reply and i'll host some veteran training sessions. Works anywhere from 1v1 to 4v4 so if you are looking for veterans OR just want to gain some experience for them, look me up.

This only works in avatar mode
P.S It also increases your generals experience too.

yes its friendly battles but theres an easy way of getting 1 vet per battle that u want and without losing any men from the vet/vetted unit unless you are training melee troops but then the loss is minimal

Neutral I wouldn't resort to such method either. The fun is in the process. It's a game even losing can still be enjoyable.
